5HTP 50 mg 30 tabsIngedients: Per two tablets: 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan) 100 mg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 120 mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 20 mg.Other ingredients: Cellulose, Maltodextrin, Modified cellulose gum, Stearic acid, Silica, Aqueous coating solution.Enteric coated.Recommendation: Use under the guidance of a healthcare practitioner. Start with a low dose of one tablet (50 mg) taken daily with a meal. Increase the dose slowly (every 3-5 days) up to a maximum of four tablets taken daily (200 mg).
